Zoe just got her ears pierced!

Yes, it’s true what the title says. Zoe just got her ears pierced yesterday. My mom, my aunt, and my sister were with us when she got it done. Aww, my poor baby cried so loud! We even got it on video, but I don’t want to upload it up on the Internet for the whole world to see. I don’t want Zoe to hate me when she gets older.

The only method of soothing that stopped her from wailing was breastfeeding! I am telling you, I am so grateful that God designed woman’s breasts to not just nourish your child, but to also soothe them. After nursing her for a couple minutes, she was back to her old cheerful self. She was even smiling!

Check it out!

Mommy trying to soothe her and provide comfort

Whew! Just glad it was all over. She did really well and I am proud of her. Also, she can crawl now…. this little baby just loves to explore since she learned that skill.

Awww! She’s adorable. I’m glad to hear that she’s taking everything so well after the piercing. I will be going through the same thing with my little girl. I may be a bit more frightened than her. lol.

You’re brave to breastfeed. I tried with my son and it really hurt me. I didn’t want to try it again.

She’s looks so cute. It’s glad that everything went well. I remember when my goddaughter got hers pierced she cried for at least 2 hours before crying herself to sleep. She appreciates it a lot now that she’s almost 3. She’s always asking for her earrings.

Wow… I got my ears pierced when I was 5, but that was my decision.
Did you get your ears pierce that young too? 0.0

@Reyoko: Yes I also got my ears pierced when I was a baby. I don’t remember the pain so I am thankful for that. I love wearing earrings so I’m glad my mom decided to do that for me. lol
