Lavender Rain

Wedding planning is driving me crazy and it’s slowly turning me into a bridezilla, I think. But I’m trying hard to keep it cool… anyways, just wanted to post our engagement pictures. I am so happy on how they turned out, but I don’t like my face.

I hate wedding planning.

This pretty much sums up my day today.

My mom is a caterer so she will be catering her own 50th birthday party, which will be tomorrow… so that’s why I grabbed some desserts from her! Who doesn’t love petit fours? They are so cute! They’re just mini cakes, I know, but they just look good and taste good.

Two days ago, I decided to start giving Zoe solid foods. They recommended me to start when she is 6 months old, but she will be in 2 weeks anyways. I felt that she was ready for it. I noticed for a while now that she was starting to become more interested in what we’re eating. She would try to grab my food whenever I eat. And she also makes chewing motions that I find adorable.

I gave her some Heinz Rice Cereal since I received a sample of it from the mail. The nurse said to start her off with rice cereal so that’s exactly what I did. And wow, she really enjoyed it! After feeding her, she went right to sleep. My baby is growing up!

Here is a video of Zoe having her first solid food. I just had to share it for everyone to see. I am so proud of my little girl. I almost wasn’t able to upload this because I have been having some computer problems lately. I keep receiving a video card error and Josh said I need to update my driver. I will do that and defragment my hard drives soon.
